Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and product/service inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable.
- Ability to work remotely and maintain a professional work environment.
